Thank you for allowing Women’s Health Specialists of Dallas to partner with you to provide obstetrical and/or gynecological care for your patients.
Below you’ll find the resources you need to refer your patients. Upon receipt, we’ll contact the patient to schedule an appointment and notify your office once completed. We are accepting new patients at the Dallas and Rockwall locations! (Please note Dr. Angel is only accepting new patients in Rockwall.)

Insurances accepted:
We accept most commercial plans! We are unfortunately out of network with Cigna Texas Connect HMO, My Blue Health, and UHC Compass Plans. We are also not Medicare/Medicaid providers.
Need cards? If you would like some of our physician’s cards, please email [email protected] to place a request! Be sure to include your mailing address.
