Parking Notice to Patients and Visitors

Due to structural and safety concerns, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is closing the parking garage LOT 1 on the north side of the Margot Perot Center for Women and Infants for reconstruction starting Monday, May 8. We encourage you to use our complimentary valet services available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the west side of the Perot building at the L&D ambulance entrance (ambulances will be rerouted).

Patients and guests can also park in Lot 11, the parking garage located on the south side of the Perot building, between the Perot building and Jackson building. You can access the Perot Center from both the surface and ground level of the garage. This is anticipated to last until 2024.
